A deeply transformational one on one approach designed to help you understand and transform your shadows. Our “shadow” is a denied or repressed part of the self that can, if left unexamined, control our actions in ways we might not choose or be aware of. Shadow work is all the activities of the body, mind and soul that we choose to do in order to connect to the traits we have buried deep within. Disclaimer: Doing shadow work can bring up childhood trauma, triggers of inner demons & other unpleasant emotions.
