​Robin Appel is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 (ERYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is the owner of the Always-At-Aum Yoga School, which is a 500 level RYS with Yoga Alliance as well as a Children's Yoga School (RCYS).

 

Robin began teaching yoga in 1999.  She was a trainer for Yoga Ed.™ from 2002-2013 until creating her own children's yoga training. She has taught at acclaimed institutions such as Kripalu, Omega, Integral Yoga Institute and Yoga Works and has trained the Health Corps Coordinators for Dr. Oz’s non-profit.
